The Power of You
I attended the seminar The Power of You, where I learned a lot about validation and invalidation and how they can affect people. I plan to use the knowledge I gained to improve myself and apply it in my daily interactions. I also want to commend the speaker for explaining the topic very clearly, ensuring that everyone understood, and giving us time to reflect on our own experiences so that we are better prepared to handle similar situations in the future.
